Zachary Mohr

Zachary Mohr is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Public Affairs and Administration (PhD 2013, MPA 2007). His academic interests include public budgeting, accounting and financial decision making. His dissertation, entitled Cost Accounting in U.S. Cities: Transaction Costs and Governance Factors affecting Cost Accounting Development and Use, looked at the factors that influence the development and use of cost accounting in local government. Before going back to school, he worked for three local governments in Kansas.

Zach is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
