Dr. Shannon Portillo and co-authors recently received the Center for Organization Research and Design’s Best Paper Award.
The paper is titled “More Dissimilar than Alike? Public Values Preferences Across Minority and Non-Minority Managers,” and it was co-authored with Randall S. Davis (Southern Illinois University) and Edmund C. Stazyk (University at Albany – SUNY).
Drs. Portillo, Davis, and Stazyk all received their doctoral degrees from the KU School of Public Affairs and Administration.
