O'Leary to deliver John Gaus Lecture

As the recipient of the John Gaus Award, Dr. Rosemary O'Leary will deliver a lecture on Friday, September 2, 6:30-7:30 p.m. during the annual meeting of the American Political Science Association (APSA).

Dr. O'Leary's lecture is titled, "The New Guerrilla Government: How Big Data, Hyper Social Media and Contracting Out Are Changing the Ethics of Dissent."
