O'Leary article named as one of 14 PAR articles making important contributions

An article co-authored by Dr. Rosemary O’Leary and Susan Raines (Kennesaw State), “Lessons Learned from Two Decades of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency” [Public Administration Review, 61 (6) 661-671 (November/December, 2001)] was named as one of 14 PAR articles “that have made important contributions to the study of environmental policy, regulation, and governance” since the creation of PAR 77 years ago.
