School Director, Reggie Robinson, spoke at KU Staff Fellows this morning about one of his earliest experiences leading organizational change. Through the experience, he learned to give lavish praise for small advances towards the desired organizational goal, and instead of waiting for the annual evaluation timeline to hit the deadline, he gave informal evaluations along the way of, "if I were to give you your evaluation now, this is what I would say are your strengths and your areas of improvement." When you have led organizational change, and how did you go about it?
