Alumni Spotlight: Cullen Merritt, 2014 PhD Graduate | School of Public Affairs & Administration
Cullen C. Merritt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2009 and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kansas in 2012. In May 2014, he received his Ph.D.
