Jason Rohloff, a Raymond Botch, Buford Watson, and Harry Nalbandian Scholar, graduated from Drake University with a B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science. Jason was an intern with the League of Wisconsin Municipalities and the City of Clive, Iowa in the City Manager’s office. During these internships Jason assisted in lobbying efforts pertaining to liquor licenses, interviewed local artists for a report on the creative economy in Wisconsin, researched and wrote city financial policies, and aided in park redevelopment in Clive. At Drake Jason worked for the Children and Family Urban Movement of Iowa, which set up programs for lower income families in the Des Moines metro area, and he was the Drake chapter president of the Optimist Club, a youth advocacy organization.
