Erika Garcia Reyes, a Richard Chesney scholar, graduated Pi Alpha Alpha from the University of Kansas in 2015 with a B.A. in Public Administration. During her senior year she was a research assistant at in the School of Public Affairs and Administration, and received an Undergraduate Research Award from The Center for Undergraduate Research for her project “The Meanings of Justice.” Erika also interned for Latinos of Tomorrow, a nonprofit organization, where she mentored and guided first-generation college students in their educational and career goals.
