Carter Hill is an Ethan Allen, Mark Keane, and Clarence Ridley Fellow and graduated from Colorado State University and hails from the great State of Minnesota. Carter first took an interest in Public Administration during his undergraduate career; finding himself drawn to the field because it provided an opportunity to pursue a meaningful career that matched his values of civil service and helping others. As an undergraduate, Carter majored in political science and communication studies with concentrations in public policy, local government, rhetoric and civic engagement. He interned with the City of Fort Collins and the Park County Extension Office and ascended fourteen 14ers during his time in Colorado. Carter is thrilled to begin the path toward his MPA and onward to a career in local government and public service.
